DEMM manufactures a wide range of internally toothed ring gears used in the manufacture of planetary speed multipliers/reducers capable of achieving high reduction/multiplication ratios in extremely small spaces/weights/dimensions. These gearboxes are widely used in the agricultural, earthmoving and energy (particularly wind power) sectors. The production cycle, which is entirely in-house, includes not only gear cutting, which can be either hobbing or broaching, but also two fully robotic cells for heat treatment (induction hardening and tempering) and drilling. Here too, the materials used are of Italian origin and comply with the various international standards
